Electronics not only bring convenience to the people's life, but also huge amount of wastes, which become to pollute heavily the environment and resources. The current situation of tackling the electronic wastes in our country is severely rigorous. Large amount of electronic wastes flow into our country, but the recycling technology to the electronic wastes in the country is still in the initial stage. Under the advocacy of the recycling economy and the the sustainable development in nowadays, the profound analysis of recycling the electronic wastes is highly needed for the environmental protection and the efficiency of using the resources. This article, first of all, illustrates each related theory of electronic wastes and their inflow and physical distribution; moreover, the article will points out the necessity of recycling the electronic wastes by analyzing the current situation of their inflow and distribution and the existed problems. On the next stage, it will start with the cause of the problems and further analysis regarding to the recycle and physical distribution of the wastes. Then, using the advanced experience from the foreign countries, the article suggests the specific and feasible strategies to the establishment of recycling and redistributing the electronic wastes in our country.
