You would like to see the the doctor and cannot go to class.Now you are writing a message to your thecher explaining the whole situation and asking for permission to absent from class.

I'm writing to you asking for a permission to absent from class.
Because ,When I got up this moring ,I felt very bad.I got a slight headache and a sore throat;I felt very weak.And I also sneezed ceaseless.I think I might have a temperature.I would like to go to the hospital and see the doctor .So I cannot go to class today.
