How to have healthy eating habbit
It's very important for us to eat healthily.But it's not easy to keep good habbit of eating for all time.So we need keep it in our mind that we should follow the healthy way everyday.Once we accustom this healthy way,we will feel comfortable to eat each meal.
Firstly let' start from breakfast,it's the beginning of a day,so we need take enough energy.Eating breakfast is a must,but remember not too much,maybe a bowel of porridge and an egg,or a glass of milk and a hambergur,that's enough.
Then about lunch,we need fulfill a whole day's work,so at lunch time,we will be hungry,just take the food in front of you,but don't be too fast,eat slowly.
At last,in the evening,we meet our supper,that's the dinner,most of us may have supper with family.It's a happy time to sit by the table with our parents or children.Make sure not to make your belly too full.
It seems easy to keep the upper habbit,but it's really difficult to do it in a long time.So we should have stronge perseverence to do it.
