A: How you feel with your life here?
B: Can't be better.
A: I wish i can be you.
B: Well, what is wrong with you, anything bothering you?
A: I have no ideas, but I just feel under a lot of pressure.
B: What sort of pressure and how do feel?
A: It is kind of like stress. I am kind of easily get angry and very impatient.
B: That's sounds like stress all right. But cause it?
A: may be I am having studies problems. I am rather behind with my heavy course work. And end of term exams is so near.
B: Now, you seem need a bit of help here.
A: What advice can you give me than?
B: Well, first thing first, you need to relax.
A: But how/
B: I think you must do some regular exercise daily such as jogging or running. because exercise help you to relax and forget about your problems and also can help you keep fit too.
A: I didn't know that.
B: Once you are more relax. You can concentrate better and can learn quicker and better too. So you worries will be solve soon after you have catch up with your works.

B: Believe me, if it works with me, and i am sure it will work for you too.
