这次去南极是由中国100位中国企业精英组成的行修环保之旅，共18天。体会有五点：一，行程比较辛苦。坐飞机34个小时，从上海出发到多哈转机，到阿根庭的布宜诺斯艾利斯，再到乌斯怀亚（世界最南端的城市），再上船去南极洲。途中有2天2夜穿越德雷克海峡，风大浪急，十分惊险，大多数人那2天几乎晕船到不吃不走路，只能睡床上。
二，南极景色绝美，置身其中，恍如仙境。冰山冰雪在不同的光线下，呈现出惊人的魔术般的景象，让人无法用任何的言语来表达它的美。我们还看到了各种各样的企鹅、海狮、海豹、鲸鱼等。南极是世界上唯一的一块净土了，在那儿，你可以和灵魂对话。
三，南极的保护得到了世界各国的重视。那儿有十分严格的保护条例。我们在途中听了几次的讲座，对我们的进入提出了十分苛刻的规定和要求。例如：进入南极岛时，必须全身衣服消毒和清理，不准带入任何东西留在那儿；观赏企鹅必须在5米之外等等。
四，南极是唯一没有土著人居住的一个洲，只有许多国家在那建立的科普站。我们参观了中国的长城站，在那的工作人员生活条件十分艰苦，没有蔬菜吃，长年吃罐头食品，却敬业爱岗地在冰天雪地里作着科研工作，我们对他们的崇高的奉献精神表示深深地敬意。
五，因为我们是修行环保之旅，团里更是有许多的经济学家，环保专家，地质专家，历史学家，摄影专家，所以一路上我们开的讲座共有10多个，在涉及到的各个领域里摄取到了营养，获得了知识，和更多的思考。我们要在我们的人生中，为世界的和平和环境的进一步保护，作出我们的努力。

Aiming at promoting environment protection awareness, one hundred elites who come from different Chinese enterprises composed the team for 18-day journey to Antarctica. Following are five feedbacks on the journey:
First, the route was suffering. Including twice transfers in Doha and Buenos Aires in Argentina, we spent 34 hours on the flight from Shanghai to Ushuaia, a city of the world’s southernmost end, where we took the boat to the Antarctica. Because of the rough waves and strong wind, most of us suffered from the seasick to the extent that lain down on bed all days without eating and walking.
Second, Antarctica landscape was as splendid as we were in a fairyland. Colorful sunbeams rested on the icebergs, taking on amazing magic scenery which was so splendid that without words for it. Kinds of Penguins, sea lions, seals, whales etc could be seen there. It seems the South Pole is the only Pure Land left on the earth where, human can unmask themselves.
Third, Antarctica protection has drawn international awareness. Before enter into the South Pole, by lectures, we were inculcated repetitively with strict protection regulations that disseminated rules and requirements for protecting the environment there. For example, before people enter Antarctica, all their clothes must be disinfected, and when leave, make sure there is nothing you took into is left there; make sure you keep 5 meters away from Penguins, etc.
Fourth, Antarctica is the only continent on the earth that has no natives but only scientists from different countries who living there for scientific research. We visited Great Wall station, built by our China, and found the scientists lived in a bitter condition that only canned foods supplied, without vegetables whole year long. Even though, the scientists keep devoting themselves to the scientific research in that arduous environment with any complaining. This has raised our deepest respects.
The fifth and last, since it is a journey for self-cultivating and environment protection awareness promoting, our team was composed of economists, environmentalists, geologists, historians, and expert photographers. More than 10 lectures were held to provide internal communication. Wherefore, we have learned and obtained knowledge of different fields and also, it has aroused our further meditation. What we have determined to do is to make efforts to keep the world peaceful and further protect our environment in our life.
