【摘要】：本文主要探讨中小建筑企业管理人员的流失现状，流动性过大是中小建筑企业的一大难题。本文的第一部分，主要讲述中小建筑企业管理人员流失现状。本文第二部分主要通过对我公司最近三年的管理人员变动情况的详述，进一步通过对社会、企业、个人三个方面阐述造成流动性大的原因，详细阐述了各种原因包括：资讯业和交通手段的迅速发展，企业文化，个人发展等。并在文章的第四部分，就如何改变现状提了四点建议，主要包括：正确看待中小建筑企业的人员流动；建立全面员工发展体系；强化激励管理，加强企业文化建设几个方面。

Abstract: This paper maianly discuss the present status of loss for the management worked in small and medium construction enterprises, too much flowability is one of difficult problems.
The present status of loss for the management worked in small and medium construction enterprises is talked about in the first part of paper. Baised on detail of change of management of my company in recent three years, and the reason stated further causing too much flowability from the three respects such as the society, the enterprises and individual, a veriety of reasons are detailed incuding the rapidly development of information industry and , means of transport, business culture, personal development itc. The four advices is put forward concerning how to change the present situations, mainly including the several aspects such as the correct view of flow of personnel in small and medium construction enterprises, the establishment of a comprehensive development system of staff, strengthening the incentive management and the construction of business culture.
