Learn to treasure
When I was a little girl ,I dreamed to grow up. Because I think I don't have much freedom, and can't do anything I wants to do. I always felt lonely and boring.
But now I have grow up,to my surprise,I feel more tired and have more problems.I don't feel happy at all. Grades, matches crowd my minds. I feel tired and stressed out every day.And I even start to miss the past.
I believe you also have the same thoughs with me. when each of us was a child , we wanted to grow up.But when we became older ,we don't have such nice life as wish.
So please learn to treasure. Cherish everything you have.Do not regret.
So whatever we are children or adults, we should try to make our life better, and make ourselves more happy. we students should try our best to study hard. let's do our best to do ourself ! Believe yourself ! You are the best!
Money
Money is indeed important, but money cannot buy everything. A miser may think that “money talks,” but if you only give your attention to making money, you may lose many things, such as health, friendship and love. I don't think we should regard money as everything. Money is just a tool that can help us solve problems or enable us to live a comfortable life. What we should do is to use it appropriately and not become misers. This way, all of us can lead a happier lives.

How to Protect Our Eyes
Everyone knows that eyes are one of the most important parts of our body.Having good eyesight means we can not only see things clearly, but also enjoy some beautiful scenes.there is also a saying goes that eyes are the window of our mind. But how can we protect our eyes?
Here are some tips for you .Fistly, it is a good habits to not to read your books or newspapers for a long time because our eyes need rest, too.Secondly, don't read books in a strong or poor light, otherwise, the light would harm our eyes.At last, remember to keep on doing eye-exercises and watch more green grass and other plants.

Knowledge or Experience
Which is more important in life, knowledge from the books you read, or personal experience you gain in reality? The answer may vary from person to person. The young, educated may emphasize the former, and the old may stress the later. But in my opinion, they are of the same importance.
Experience is priceless. How to become an efficient secretary? How to prepare for your first child to come into the world? There is so much experience we need in careers, in life and even in academic studies. It helps one deal with the problems with ease and confidence. Especially activities and to accumulate experience of different kinds is more crucial.
Experience, however, is limited in terms of time and space. For one thing, it is impossible for anyone to experience all the important events and meet all the famous people. For another, as the speed with which skills are obsolete and new problems crop up is unprecedented because of the fast development of society, experience is far less adequate. Depending too much on it only leads to narrow-mindedness and prejudice.
One way to compensate for it is to read books. Books of various kinds can bring us almost unlimited additional experience. From books you can not only trace back to the wisdom of our antecedents, but keep up with the latest developments of science and technology. To be sure, it's secondhand experience. But it is the ideal supplement to our own limited experience. Few of us can travel around the world, or live long beyond one hundred years, but all of us can live many lives by reading books.
Both book knowledge and personal experience are essential. While experience makes one more resourceful, book knowledge makes one more learned.
Beliefs
Belief, a creation of human's wise (wisdom), always plays an important role in human's society. As a say (saying) goes:“ If one's mind is full, it won't be filled in (with) any bad idea.” Anyone who has strong beliefs can enjoy a colorful life. Otherwise, he will lose himself in his way of life.
Beliefs are so important that it can change one's fate. Two little mice fell in a bucket of cream. The first mouse quickly gave up and drowned. The second mouse wouldn't quit. He struggled so hard that eventually he churned that cream into butter and crawled out.
Obviously, the latter mouse is the one who has his own beliefs. There are always hopes in his eyes that encourage him to fight, and fight, and fight. He never gives up when he is in some difficulty situations. Because the optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty, while the pessimist sees difficulty in every opportunity. The first mouse is one of these kinds of pessimists. He holds no belief in his life and become the slave of his fate.
Thus, it can be seen that one with firm beliefs is likely to get successful and master his own life.
Is Stress a Bad Thing?
“I can't stand the pressure and competition,” explained one friend of mine when asked why he decided to quit his highly-paid but demanding position in his company recently. My friend may have his own reasons, but I don't think his decision is wise in reality.
It's true that my friend's case is not unique. In the last few years quite a number of men and women have chosen to do something less competitive at the cost of a comfortable, easy life a highly-paid job can obtain. They are afraid that the stresses and strains of work will rob them of joy and happiness and do them harm both physically and mentally. In fact, however, stress isn't the bad thing it is often supposed to be. Unless it gets out of control, a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and challenge, and to give purpose and significance to an otherwise meaningless, idle life. People under stress tend to express their full range of potential and to actualize their own personal worth——the very aim of a human life.
Stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is no way to avoid it. What we can do is to develop our adaptive abilities to deal with it rather than to escape from it.
