这个句子挺通,但是不对
recommended for sb. 是推荐给某人的意思,但是更强调对sb.有好处,或者对某一身体器官、动物有好处；
recommend sth. for sb. 是推荐给sb. sth.；
for a long time前面一般是完成时态,谓语动词要用延续性的.
如果是想表达“建议某人不要长时间做白日梦”的话,应该是：
Somebody, stop daydreaming!
Somebody, stop using/taking a long time to daydream/in daydreaming!
I suggest somebody to stop using/taking a long time to daydream/in daydreaming!
I recommend somebody stop this long time daydreaming.
