3.The test report is invalid without the signature of main tester,examiner and approver.
4.The report is invalid if altered and added or deleted.
5.If opposing to this test report,any party concerned can bring forth an opposition with the relevant unit within 30 days after receipt of this decision,and it shall not be accepted after the specified date.
(1) if it is an entrusted test,please contact the test unit if you oppose to the report.
(2) if it is a selective examination,please contact the unit who gives the selective mission if you oppose to the report.
6.If it is a sample entrusted test,we are only responsible for the testing data but not the origin of the samples.
