1 准确严谨性 法律是由国家权力机关制定或认可的社会规范.要使人们准确理解法律内容,严格依法办事,就必须使法律条文的表述做到明确无误.法律语言必须准确、严密,这是法律的社会职能决定的,也是法律语体区分于其他功能文本的根本特点.
