目前,我国中小企业已近1100万家,占全国企业总数的99％,它所提供的工业总产值和实现利税分别占全国总数的60％和40％,并提供了大约75％的城镇就业机会,成为县及县以下财政收入的主要来源.可见,中小企业是国民经济的重要组成部分,对经济发展和社会稳定起着举足轻重的促进作用.财务管理是中小企业管理的重要组成部分,财务管理直接关系到企业的生存与发展.但由于中小企业规模小、资本和技术构成较低、外部宏观经济变化对其影响大等因素的存在,使其在财务管理方面存在与自身发展和市场经济均不适应的情况,导致其在应对激烈的市场竞争面临巨大的困难.中小企业在财务管理中还存在着不少的问题,如财务制度不健全、固定资产管理混乱等.分析中小企业财务管理中存在的问题并探讨解决问题的对策,以促进中小企业的改革与发展,是当前会计界需要思考和解决的问题.文章就中小企业在财务管理中存在的问题进行了探讨,并提出了相应的对策建议.

At present, there are nearly 11 million small and medium-sized enterprise(SMEs) in our country, it posseses 99% of total number of enterprises, it provides the industrial output value and profits and taxes, they have the percent of 60% and 40% in the national total, and SMEs provide about 75% of urban employment opportunities , and they becoming a major source of revenue in county and countyside. Obviously, SMEs are an important part of the national economy,they play an important role in promoting economic development and social stability . Financial management is an important part of SMEs management, financial management is directly related to the survival and development of SMEs. However, due to the small size of SMEs, capital and low technology constitutes, as well as the changes of external macroeconomic factors have a geart impact on its existence, as a result, there are its problems between the development of presence in financial management and the market economy, these make SMEs facing an enormous difficulties in the market competition. There are still many problems in SMEs' financial management, such as financial systems is not perfect, and fixed asset management confused. In order to promote reform and development of SMEs,analysising the financial management of SMEs and inverstigating the solutions to this problem, are the questions for the accounting professionto think and solve. This thesis will discusse the problems exist in the financial management of SMEs and in the end the auther will put forward some corresponding countermeasures.
