3.第三句They always keep candles in the house in case（以防） there is a power out.“肥水不流外人田”.如果你不懂这句话到底想表达什么,你可以看前一句：My parents live in a small village.（我父母生活在小村子里）说明没见过世面.这基本与后句的意思相符.
