2、苦瓜洗净切片,用盐腌制10分钟,使苦瓜出水后,再挤压苦瓜使水分沥干,放入搅打好的蛋液中,搅拌均匀；
3、锅内加入适量的植物油大火热至五分熟,加苦瓜蛋液不停翻炒直至炒熟.
