3 I think children shouldn't be banned to use the internet .
Everything has two sides .On the one hand,internet is filled with bad information which is bad for children's growth.But on the other hand,there is much good information on the internet.
For example,we can study the knowledge we can't study in books on line.We are walking to a new world.In order to fit in the times ,we must learn to use the internet.
There are many interesting things on the internet.We can konw what is happening in our world if we are on line .

In the communication space free, equal, open, only children will probably shy, timid and become confident, cheerful, humorous.
