摘 要：文化遗产旅游资源开发与保护的矛盾是每个文化名城发展中都会遭遇的问题.杭州在城市的发展过程中,出现了古城历史面貌改变、文化遗产破坏与消失等问题.本文通过杭州在文化遗产旅游资源开发与保护方面出现的问题,分析造成杭州历史文化特征逐渐消失的原因,并借鉴世界历史文化名城巴黎在文化遗产旅游资源开发与保护上的成功作法,提出了杭州历史文化遗产开发与保护的对策建议.本文旨在通过科学的保护手段与合理的城市规划为主导,以法律作为保障,普及文化遗产教育来提高人们保护的意识,并挖掘城市的历史文化特色,实现杭州历史文化名城的复苏,带动旅游产业的发展.

文化遗产旅游资源开发与保护的矛盾是每个文化名城发展中都会遭遇的问题.杭州在城市的发展过程中,出现了古城历史面貌改变、文化遗产破坏与消失等问题.本文通过杭州在文化遗产旅游资源开发与保护方面出现的问题,分析造成杭州历史文化特征逐渐消失的原因,并借鉴世界历史文化名城巴黎在文化遗产旅游资源开发与保护上的成功作法,提出了杭州历史文化遗产开发与保护的对策建议.
Abstract:
The dilemma of exploiting or protecting the tourism resources of cultural heritage is a problem encountered in the course of development of every famous cultural city. There are various problems emerging from the urban development process of Hangzhou City such as alteration of the ancient city’s historical visage, the destruction and disappearance of cultural heritage, and so on. In terms of the problems pertaining to the exploitation and protection of the tourism resources of cultural heritage in Hangzhou, this article analyzes the causes that are responsible for the gradual disappearance of its historic cultural features, and suggests countermeasures to the problems by drawing on the successful experience in the exploitation and protection of the tourism resources of cultural heritage adopted by Paris in France.
本文旨在通过科学的保护手段与合理的城市规划为主导,以法律作为保障,普及文化遗产教育来提高人们保护的意识,并挖掘城市的历史文化特色,实现杭州历史文化名城的复苏,带动旅游产业的发展.
The objective of this article is to enhance the protection awareness of the people and to tap on the historic cultural features of the city by suggesting the implementation of scientific protection measures and rational city planning, promulgation of legislation as safeguard and dissemination of cultural heritage education, so as to achieve the recovery of Hangzhou as a famous historic cultural city and promote the development of its tourism industry.
