1.broadcast过去分词可以是broadcast或者broadcasted,你那么填应该也可以.
2.可以是for another hour,但是一般不说one another hour吧,else的话感觉上和不定代词用在疑问句里,比如anyone else
3.定语从句.改成正常语序money is not a problem for him,him相当for的介词宾语,所以用for whom
4.当先行词为不定代词,如anything,nothing,everything,all,any,little,few,none,much,one等时用that
5.是定从,作skirt的定语,the skirt's color is blue,用whose
答得比较快,可能会有小问题,在网上查定语从句的语法知识的话这些都是很容易明白的,或者你可以买本语法书看看!

再答： 1。all which不能出现在定从中，因为这个用法是错的，其他句式里反正我本人是没见过；all what的话，你可以看看参考资料里那个网站（百度不让我贴答案里。。。）；that all可能在别的句式里出现，比如he thinks that all the books he has read are xxx 2。如果你的意思是the skirt whose color is blue is Ann's，那么是可以的。
